If you’ve ever felt like exercise has to look a certain way…

A perfectly planned routine.

As a life long dancer and a homeschooling mom of four, my days are full.
Beautifully full.
What I’ve learned, as I continue to dance through life myself, is this:
If it’s not enjoyable, it’s not sustainable.
Joy has to come first.
Not pressure.
Not perfection.
Not another thing to keep up with.
Just movement that feels good.
Simple enough to fit into real life.
Fun enough that you actually want to come back to it.
Because when you find that, consistency stops feeling so hard.
Somewhere in that process, you reconnect with a version of yourself you may not have felt in a while.
The you who moves, who plays, and who actually enjoys being in her body.
There’s something powerful about that.
About remembering what you loved as a kid…
music, movement, play. Because it’s real.
