Core & More is a simple, structured 30-day challenge designed for adults 35+ who want to improve core strength, posture, stability, and overall body awareness — without long workouts or equipment.

Inside this challenge, you’ll complete:

âś” One intentional core exercise every day
✔ One “More” movement (balance, mobility, stretch, or full-body strength) every day
âś” Sessions that take less than 10 minutes

Every five days, new exercises are released to keep things fresh while allowing enough repetition to build real strength and consistency.

You’ll receive your tracker and first set of moves on March 5th via email.

Optional daily accountability and celebration will take place inside our private AbunDANCE Facebook group.
